At Wilderness Community Church we provide a range of activities for all age groups. Our Nursery and Preschool is staffed by carefully selected and trained individuals. For children in Kindergarten through Fifth Grade we have KidZone, a safe place where they will participate in fun, age-appropriate activities and have an opportunity to explore the Christian faith.  For middle and high schoolers we have Wilderness Worshippers.  These programs are available during our 10:30 Celebration Service.

Our youth group, Extreme Youth, is a program for middle and high school aged kids.  This is a dymanic group of youth where activities include:  fellowship and fun, mission and service opportunities, study and prayer, weekend retreats and more. This group participates in events ranging from ligh-hearted fun to serious, age appropriate study of the Bible.  There are so many different activities offered in this youth group, your teen will want be involved!  Be sure to check out our designated web page at Extreme Youth.

Special Events

We also hold various events specifically designed for children throughout the year.  All of our events are open to everyone in the community and are free of charge.  In 2017, we plan to have the following events:

Camp Wilderness will be held the week of June 26 - June 30 from 6:00 - 8:30 pm.  This is our Vacation Bible School and this year's theme is Maker Fun Factory, which is designed to let children be inventors and creators. They will learn about the ultimate creator and discover that they are an intentional creation of God and that He has a purpose for each of them. To register your child online, click here:  REGISTER

We are also holding a Robot Making contest!  See below for details.

Fall Blast is a fun fall festival that has activities for children, but adults as well.  We haven't picked the date for this event yet, but stay tuned! . In year's past, we have had live music, pony rides, barrell trains, pumpkins for children to decorate, free food and more. We will have more information on this event, as we draw closer to fall.
